     I found this book to be accurately titles… Heart Breaker…because it is a heartbreaking read. Both Aidan and Essie have each had their own troubles in the past and although their lives may not seem perfect to everyone else they have managed to find their place in the world; until tragedy strikes. One fatal accident causes these stranger’s worlds to collide and drastically changes their future.

     I have to admit, reading this book caused me to get a bit choked up and maybe shed a tear or two. At one point I even asked God why Cole Saint Jaimes would wright such tragedy and pain into Essie’s life right when things were starting to fall into place for her (ok… to be honest I really didn’t ask God that but you’ll understand the sentiment when you read the book)

     Once I started this book I just could not put it down. Heart Break is the first in the series so it does leave you with a few unanswered question; like when does book 2 come out?
